SAFE filed an amicus brief in Kangol LLC v. Hangzhou Chuanyue Silk Import & Export Co., Ltd. in the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (Case No. 25-2205). The amicus brief provides background on rampant online infringement by offshore e-commerce operators, the challenges rights owners face with attempting service of process on these operators, and why electronic service of process is appropriate and necessary to combat online infringement.
